Was born in Belo Horizonte, Brazil 1977.
Fernando Pinheiro is a director, producer, and screenwriter, as well
as a film technician and animation researcher in 2D and 3D.
He was born in Belo Horizonte, Brazil and studied Fine Arts at the
school of Guignard UEMG (Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais).
Fernando’s first short film, A Garota (The Kid, 2006) was accepted to
158 film festivals in 42 countries and won several awards.

Shortly thereafter, directed two more films, Bons sonhos (Good Dreams)
and Chapter VX:12. Fernando’s latest project,
Ser Humano (Human Being) will be released in 2010.
